About Michael

At the age of nine, Michael started his baseball career at Latham Little League. He spent most of his childhood at the baseball fields of Bought Baseball Complex. Three World Series appearances later, he decided to join the prestigious team, the South Troy Dodgers. With much success in summer baseball, Michael started making a name for himself at Shaker High School. He began playing games with the varsity squad as a freshman and never looked back. In 2003, he filled out questionnaires for 15 Major League teams and entered the MLB draft. After going undrafted, he went to play NJCAA baseball in Florida and New York. Two years later, he was suiting-up as a Cortland Red Dragon. After college, Michael signed a free agent contract to play in the New York State League. The NYSL did not last long due to funding issues, and Michael found himself in Quebec, Canada, trying out for the Capitales de Quebec. His career led him to another country, and he has not left since. In 2015, Michael was inducted into the Albany Twilight League Hall of Fame. He continues to play in Quebec and is now a member of the Brock Baseball Club in Drummondville
